Instructions
Season the Meat with items 2 to 7 by rubbing in the spices well
Sprinkle with Salt and fry in the oil to seal on all sides - then remove
Glaze onions in remaining fat then add items 11 to 14
Place the Meat in the Sauce and gently braise in a moderately hot
Oven until completely done
Remove meat and strain the cooking liquid - reduce if still too liquid
Thicken the cooking liquid to a strong Sauce
Slice meat and set it on the sauce

500 grams Pork Belly (Breast) basic trimmed, skin off
1 pinch Clove Powder crushed
2 pinch Cinnamon powder
10 Black Pepper corns crushed
4 pc Star Anise whole
2 grams Ginger, fresh chopped
½ pc Orange skin grated
Salt
20 ml Corn oil
80 grams Red Onions chopped fine
1 dl Red Wine
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2-3 dl Chicken stock or Pork Stock
2 pinch Brown Sugar
little Corn starch
