Heat the oil in a stewing pan.
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the flour
Place pieces into the pan and fry on all sides golden brown
Remove chicken pieces and fry the onions, strain excessive fat, and deglaze with white wine then add the Brown Sauce and reboil.
Place pieces back into the pan cover with the lid and stew in the oven for about 20 minutes
Remove Breast pieces and let Leg pieces stew for another 5 - 10 minutes
When all are well done remove pieces from Sauce and strain the sauce.
Reboil and check consistency and taste
Reheat Chicken pieces in Sauce and present

60 grams Fat or oil
100 grams Onions chopped

40 grams Flour
2 dl White wine
1 lt Basic Brown Chicken Sauce
