Chicken Cacciatore
Chicken Cacciatore is a classic Italian dish that translates to "hunter's chicken." Heat oil in a frying pan, season chicken and fry light brown all round
Remove Chicken and fry onions and garlic, deglaze with wine and then transfer chicken to a stewing pan.
Add vinegar, Tomato paste, Sugar, Basil Tomatoes and Stock and stew until done ( ½ hour approximately )
Present Chicken pieces on Plate Platter and finish Sauce: add Anchovies, Olives and half the Parsley and simmer for a short while, and then coat Sauce over Chicken sprinkle with remaining Parsley

10 gr Garlic chopped
1.5 dl White wine
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1.5 dl Chicken Stock
400 gr Tomato flesh chopped
20 gr Tomato Paste
1 Bunch Basil, fresh
5 pinch Sugar
5 Anchovies fillets chopped
60 gr Black Olives, pitted cut to halves
5 sprigs Parsley chopped coarsely
