Marinate Chicken flakes with items 2 to 8 for several minutes
Heat oil, mix chicken flakes with Corn starch and fry short at high heat in the wok all round, then remove
Add the ingredients 11 - 14 into the wok and stir fry well - add the stock and steam up at high heat
Add the chicken, lemon juice and lightly thicken with the diluted starch
Check seasoning and arrange and sprinkle with Dhania

100 g Chicken Flakes
small amount of Bullet Chilli, finely chopped
1 pinch Sugar
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 pinch Black Pepper
a bit of Garlic paste, finely minced
1 pinch Ginger powder
1 tbsp Rice wine or Sherry
1 - 2 tsp Cornstarch
16 g Oil (half regular, half clear Sesame oil)
20 g Carrots, roughly cut into juliennes
20 g Green Pepper, roughly cut into juliennes
20 g Chinese cabbage, roughly cut into juliennes
20 g Celery, roughly cut into juliennes
about ½ dl Chicken stock
few drops Lemon Juice
a bit of Cornstarch mixed with a little water
Salt
Dhania, roughly chopped
