Chicken Pili Pili

Place oil into the blender , add items 1 - 13 and blend to a medium fine mix
Pour mix over the chickens turn them well and place them slanting into a tray , cover and allow to marinate for 24 hours.
Preparation :
- Remove chicken from tray and allow to drip dry - Season with salt and grill or roast in the oven while basting with some of the marinade - Prepare Pili Pili Sauce and serve separately (deglaze the sediments of the roasting tray and add to the Pili Pili Sauce )

1 dl Corn oil
5 grams Caraway seeds
20 grams Fresh ginger, sliced
10 grams Garlic, sliced
2 grams Chili powder (1 flat teaspoon)
1 (5 g) Green chili, deseeded and sliced
3 (20 grams) Bullet chilies, deseeded and sliced
5 grams Black peppercorns, crushed
30-40 grams Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon Clove powder
A little Lime or Lemon juice
10 Baby chickens, cut open flat, breastbone removed
Salt for grilling/baking
