Chinese Fried Vegetable Rice

Chinese Fried Vegetable Rice is a popular and flavorful dish made by stir-frying cooked rice with a variety of fresh vegetables, soy sauce, and seasonings. It often includes ingredients like carrots, peas, bell peppers, onions, and sometimes scrambled eggs or tofu for added protein. Instructions

  1. Heat oil and place egg to fry flaky - remove and keep aside

  2. Add items 3 - 11 one after the other according to texture and fry , then steam up with the Stock and allow to reduce again

  3. Add the rice and stir fry ,then add the remaining ingredients

  4. Stir well and check seasoning and taste

  5. Arrange on plate

  • 15 ml Vegetable oil

  • 5 g Garlic

  • A small amount of chopped Ginger

  • 40 g Sliced Onions

  • 40 g Carrot Juliennes

  • 40 g Julienne Peppers

  • 30 g Sweetcorn

  • 20 g Julienne Tomatoes

  • ¼ dl Vegetable Stock

  • 5 g Sliced Bamboo shoots

  • 1 pinch

  • 120 g Steamed Rice (60 g uncooked)

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • Salt

  • 1 pinch White Pepper Powder

  • ¼ bunch Roughly chopped Dhania leaves
