Heat oil and place egg to fry flaky - remove and keep aside
Add items 3 - 11 one after the other according to texture and fry , then steam up with the Stock and allow to reduce again
Add the rice and stir fry ,then add the remaining ingredients
Stir well and check seasoning and taste
Arrange on plate

30 g Sweetcorn
20 g Julienne Tomatoes
¼ dl Vegetable Stock
5 g Sliced Bamboo shoots
1 pinch
120 g Steamed Rice (60 g uncooked)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt
1 pinch White Pepper Powder
¼ bunch Roughly chopped Dhania leaves
