Fondant Potatoes

Instructions
Turn the potatoes into barrel shape, bigger than boiled potatoes.
Place them in a well buttered roasting pan and add beef stock up to half level.
Brush the potatoes with melted butter and cover them with a buttered grease proof paper
Place in the centre of an oven (200oC) and cook for approximately 30 minutes until soft.
Remove the paper for the surface to become lightly browned
When cooked the stock should be absorbed completely by the potatoes
