Instructions
Pulp onions, Ginger and garlic in a Food processor, keep aside
Heat oil, season the meat with salt and fry the meat cubes
Remove meat and gently fry the spices (items 7 -10 )
Add the onion pulp and continue to fry by frequent stirring
Add Curry Spice Blend and continue to sweat all shortly
Add the meat, yoghourt, Curry Leaves and sugar and gently simmer till done. Add little water from time to time if necessary
Add the Dhania and lime juice
Check taste and consistency of sauce

5 Curry leaves
½ tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lime juice
