Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onions

  2. Add the potatoes , tomatoes and continue to fry gently

  3. Add the chilli and garlic and continue frying and toss

  4. Season with Salt & Pepper and sprinkle with Dhania

  • 1.6 kg Potato skins* (or wedges) blanched in oil

  • 50 ml Olive oil

  • 200 g Onions

  • 20 g Garlic

  • 1 Bullet Chili

  • 150 g Seedless tomato dices

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Some Dhania leaves, roughly chopped
