Heat oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onions
Add the potatoes , tomatoes and continue to fry gently
Add the chilli and garlic and continue frying and toss
Season with Salt & Pepper and sprinkle with Dhania

200 g Onions
20 g Garlic
1 Bullet Chili
150 g Seedless tomato dices

Black Pepper
