Gratin Potatoes
Gratin potatoes, also known as "potatoes au gratin," is a classic dish made by layering thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish and covering them with a creamy sauce, often made with milk or cream, and cheese. The dish is then baked until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly. It's a rich, comforting side dish that pairs well with a variety of main courses.
