Grilled Sea Fish Mediterranean ( Marinade )

Grilled Mediterranean Sea Fish with marinade is a flavorful dish where fresh sea fish is coated in a marinade made of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs (like thyme or rosemary), and spices. The fish is then grilled to perfection, resulting in a smoky, aromatic, and tender seafood with vibrant Mediterranean flavors.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then coat fish ( or fish fillets )

  2. Only add salt if fish is being prepared within next ½ hours otherwise add salt later

  3. Rule for grilling :- the larger the fish or cut the lower the temperature

Ingredients

  • ½ piece Lemon, yellow - Grated skin, juice extracted

  • ½ dl Olive Oil

  • 2 cloves Garlic - finely crushed or chopped

  • 30 Black peppercorns - finely crushed

  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds, toasted - finely crushed

  • A few sprigs of Parsley - chopped

  • A few sprigs of Dill or Fennel leaves - chopped

  • Salt
