Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then coat fish ( or fish fillets )
Only add salt if fish is being prepared within next ½ hours otherwise add salt later
Rule for grilling :- the larger the fish or cut the lower the temperature

½ piece Lemon, yellow - Grated skin, juice extracted
½ dl Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic - finely crushed or chopped
30 Black peppercorns - finely crushed
1 tsp Fennel seeds, toasted - finely crushed
A few sprigs of Parsley - chopped
A few sprigs of Dill or Fennel leaves - chopped
