Hash Brown Potatoes
Hash brown potatoes are a popular breakfast dish made from shredded or finely chopped potatoes that are pan-fried or griddled until golden brown and crispy. Coarsely grate the potatoes - rewash shortly and drain well
Panfry the bacon in little of the oil until light crispy and remove the oil behind
Season the potatoes ( mix well ) and panfry in a layer of 2 cm leaving on both sides until crispy
Turn onto Serving dish , sprinkle with bacon and the parsley
