Lemon Pilau
Lemon Pilau is a flavorful rice dish that combines the tangy zest of lemon with aromatic spices. It typically features basmati rice cooked with ingredients like onions, garlic, ginger, and spices such as cumin, cardamom, and cloves. The addition of lemon juice and zest gives the dish a refreshing citrusy flavor, making it a light and vibrant variation of traditional pilau. It can be served as a standalone dish or paired with curries, grilled meats, or vegetables.
