Spinach & Potatoe Mash
Spinach and Potato Mash is a creamy and flavorful dish made by blending mashed potatoes with sautéed or steamed spinach. Instructions
Boil potatoes in saltwater until done, strain away water and keep warm.
Heat butter in a pan and fry onion without allowing colour
Add washed spinach and saute for 1 minute (soft)
Crush potatoes coarsely and add to the spinach
Add cream, stir firmly, add nutmeg and taste to adjust seasoning

80 g Spinach (regular), stalks removed and roughly chopped
30 ml Cream
A pinch of Salt
1 pinch Nutmeg Powder
