Malachi W

HoReCa Chef (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering)

Malachi Mwaniki is a Kenyan chef based in Nairobi, known for his work in upscale restaurants like Hemingways. He specializes in barbecuing brisket and cold-smoking salmon, and is passionate about blending traditional Kenyan cuisine with international flavors, such as Chinese stir-fries and dumplings. Mwaniki aims to elevate Kenyan culinary culture by innovating with local ingredients. He has experience with Farmer's Choice Limited and is an alumnus of the International Hotel and Tourism Institute.
